The Barn
Our barn wedding venue’s rustic, comfortable, and laid-back style make it perfect for the couple looking for a stress-free country wedding.
The Ocoee River Barn is a rustic wedding venue, rehearsal dinner, and reception venue in Southeast Tennessee, 15 miles east of Cleveland, TN. and I-75. We are 50 miles east of Chattanooga, 75 miles south of Knoxville, and 100 miles north of Atlanta.
The Ocoee River Barn has restrooms, two counter areas for food and beverage service, a kitchen area with refrigerator, a stage for your ceremony (and a band afterward), picnic tables, and a dance floor where we can place hay bales for seating. Ocoee River Barn also comes with twinkle lights already hung as well as other decorations available to your use included in the price. There are acres of parking area and plenty of room to do your ceremony outside and then move inside for the post-ceremony events, if you choose.
The Rental Price
🗓️ Rental may vary from date and event type. Base Rental Price 2026 is:
- Mondays to Thursdays: $1,000/Day (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM) or $100/hr (minimum of 4 hours)
- Fridays: $2,000/Day (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM) – Hourly Availability only 5 weeks before Event and if Venue not already booked $300/hr (minimum of 4 hours)
- Saturdays: $2,500/Day (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM) – Hourly Availability only 5 weeks before Event and if Venue not already booked $350/hr (minimum of 4 hours)
- Sundays: $1,750/Day (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM) – Hourly Availability only 5 weeks before Event and if Venue not already booked $250/hr (minimum of 4 hours)
- Friday & Saturday Package: $3,750 (From 9:00 AM on Friday to 11:00 PM on Saturday)
$300 Refundable Deposit will be added for Cleaning/Breakage Fee. Holiday dates are Priced as a Sunday.
